How to Play

Daily mega millions draw numbers

To play Daily Million, you just need to select six numbers between 1 and 39. You can play online or by going to any authorised National Lottery retailer. If you are playing in-store, you just need to mark your chosen numbers on a playslip or ask for a Quick Pick, where six numbers will be randomly selected for you.

To play online, you need to register for an Irish National Lottery account. Just like in a store, you can pick your own numbers or go for an automatic Quick Pick, but you also have the option just to select your last ticket or replay your favourite line from a list of saved numbers.

Whether you play online or through a retailer, you can choose to enter up to seven draws in advance, while you can also add Daily Million Plus to your ticket for a small additional fee.

Odds & Prizes

The top prize in Daily Million is €1 million, which will be split between winners if there are multiple players who match all six main numbers drawn. If there are no winning tickets, the prize does not roll over to the next draw. The other six winning tiers all have fixed prizes.

The Bonus Ball is drawn from the remaining 33 balls after the first six numbers have come out. Any of the numbers on your ticket can be used to match the Bonus Ball, significantly boosting the value of your prize if you have already matched at least three of the main numbers. The following table shows the prizes you can win and the odds of winning in each tier.
